Professional dancer, former NBA dancer, and self-care enthusiast.

After graduating from the University of North Florida, Selena chased her dreams of becoming a professional dancer, gracing stages alongside renowned artists such as Rick Ross, DJ Khaled, Sech, New Kidz on the Block, and Ozuna. Her performances have taken her to iconic venues like Shaquille O'Neal's Shack's House of Fun and Kaseya Center arena as a Miami HEAT Dancer, which remains a personal highlight.

As a Heat Dancer, Selena had the honor of gracing the cover of the prestigious annual HEAT Dancer photo book. During her time on the team, she and five other dancers were selected to represent the Miami HEAT brand at an NBA All-Star event in the Dominican Republic.

Combining her passion for dance with her expertise in fitness and health, Selena offers a unique approach to teaching barre and yoga-sculpt classes. Her classes are infused with the energy and rhythm of dance and movement, creating an immersive experience that inspires physical and mental well-being. Through her ongoing fitness journey, she strives to share the importance of movement, nutrition, and self-care, particularly within the Afro-Latina community, where these topics are often overlooked.
